Live-in Nanny for Infant
A large, loving family with a fully staffed household is seeking a professional live-in nanny to join their established team and build a lasting relationship for years to come. Working alongside a stay-at-home mom and two other nannies, your primary focus will be nurturing their 8-month-old baby through attentive care, engaging play, and consistent routines, with occasional support for their 5-year-old when the other nannies are occupied. With the older children in school until approximately 4:30pm or later, most of your day will be dedicated to the baby’s care and development. No general housekeeping is required. The position requires living in Monday through Friday, with the option to stay or return home on weekends. Scrubs are welcome if preferred. Having employed their current nannies for many years, the family values continuity and hopes to offer the same long-term connection to a dedicated nanny seeking a stable, child-focused role within a supportive household.
- Plan age-appropriate developmental play
- Follow a daily routine for naps, meals, and play
- Read books, sing songs, and encourage early literacy
- Lead sensory, creative, and outdoor activities
- Track milestone progress and share updates
- Attend classes, playdates, and outings
- Keep play areas, nursery, kitchen, and common spaces tidy after use
- Occasionally care for 5-year-old, drive to/from school as needed (vehicle provided)
- Pack baby's and 5-year-old's bags for weekend stays in Palm Beach each week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM to 6:30 PM
- Short-term Travel: family vacations (up to 1-4 weeks each trip); domestic and international (Israel, Europe)
Pay:
- $2,100 per week
- Paid time off and holidays
- On payroll, W2
- Travel bonuses paid for each trip
