Compensation:
  • $33-$35/hr for nannies with 8+ years of infant experience (including reflux/GERD)
  • $30-$32/hr for nannies with 3-7 years of infant experience (including reflux/GERD
  • Guaranteed hours: 40 hours per week
  • Paid time off and holidays
Child: 3 month old
 
Pet: 1 small, friendly dog
 
 
Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday
  • 8am to 4pm 
Ideal Candidate: Experienced with newborns and acid reflux; loving, warm, active; engaging and plans creative, developmentally-appropriate activities; collaborates well with parents.
 
Job Duties:
  • Supervise baby and ensure safety throughout the day
  • Soothe baby when crying; responsive care
  • Plan age-appropriate developmental play
  • Support social, emotional, cognitive, and physical milestones
  • Follow a daily routine for naps, meals, and play
  • Read books, sing songs, and encourage early literacy as baby grows
  • Lead sensory, creative, and outdoor activities
  • Track developmental progress and share updates
  • Keep play areas, baby's room, kitchen, and common spaces tidy after use
